AUCTION OF FINE JEWELLERY, WATCHES & SILVER • WEDNESDAY, 19th FEBRUARY 2020 AT 1PM 3 Viewing prior to the auction: First, check out the catalogue which goes online approximately 10 days before the auction.This is a good place to start in considering which pieces catch your eye. Next, if possible, attend the viewing.The auction will be on view the Sunday prior to the auction (12pm-4pm) and the day before the auction (11am-5pm), along with the morning of the auction (10am-12:30pm). Bidding methods: There are a few different ways of bidding at O’Reilly’s: bidding in person, placing an absentee bid, and telephone bidding. For bidding in person, simply come to reception prior to the auction to get your paddle number. If you cannot attend the auction, you can fill out an absentee bidding form online at www.oreillysfineart.com, whereby you indicate the lot you wish to bid on and your maximum bid. Otherwise, if the lot estimate is over €2000 then you can bid live on the telephone. Live bidding is also available for all our auctions through our selling partners easyliveauctions.com at an addition cost. Register for the auction: Before the auction, register at reception by filling out a registration form and get your paddle number. For absentee bidding, you must register an account with us beforehand, either in person or online at www.oreillysfineart.com. Placing a bid: Our monthly auctions begin at 1pm. Simply raise your paddle to bid and ensure that your paddle number is visible to the auctioneer. At the end of the sale or when you are leaving, please return your paddle number at reception. Absentee bidding can be done by registering for an online O’Reilly’s account prior to the auction. Live bidding is available through easyliveauction.com live auction services. Please note that the auction house buyers premium is 18.5% (incl. 23%VAT) on the hammer price. Easy live auction bidders will pay an additional fee to use easyliveauction.com. The easy live auction bidders have two options of available to them; A Flat fee of £3 sterling only per auction, payable upon registration for each auction with Easy Live Auction OR easy live auction bidders can opt to pay 3.69% on the hammer price when successful at auction. Payment and collection: You can pay by debit card, bank draft or bank transfer and collect your item 30 minutes after you are successful with your bids If you are unable to collect your item, O’Reilly’s can help organise postage for your item at an extra charge. Buyers paying through cash transactions €500 and above are required to complete a Cash Origin Form.
