11. The Auctioneer reserves the right to control the bidding and to refuse and/or reinstate any bids. 12. Subject to the discretion of the Auctioneer, at the fall of the hammer, the successful Bidder enters a firm contract to purchase the Lot and become the Buyer of that Lot. 13. The Purchase price paid by the successful bidder is the hammer price plus the Buyer’s premium of 22% (inclusive of 23%VAT). 14. Buyers must pay for their lots by cash, debit card, or bank transfer only. PLEASE NOTE we do not accept credit cards. Subject to the Property Services Regulatory Authority or PSRA requirements, buyers completing transactions in the cash amount of €500 and above, will be required to complete a cash origin form.This form will be available at reception and transactions will not be finalised until this form is completed. 15. O’Reilly’s Auction Rooms is compliant with anti-money laundering or AML regulations. 16. O’Reilly’s Auction Rooms will only accept bank transfers as payment from online transactions outside of the EU unless prior arrangements are made to pay and collect in person. 17. You are required to pay O’Reilly’s Auction Rooms within 7 days from the end of the auction. At the end of the auction, you will receive an email with payment instructions. 18. All lots must be paid for in full before collection. 19.
